The process towards sustainability is indeed very complicated, given the increasing need of population for infrastructure to support human activities. objective study analyze influence environmental factors and their awful effects on projects with sustainable construction models in special economic zones. methodology used are mixed methods, combination quantitative qualitative approaches total respondent 80 persons. respondents involved divided by company/institution, company’s qualifications, stakeholders. first validity shows that all have a value above 0.5, using Fornell Lacker Criterion, it found CDV met requirements from variables involved. validation was calculated cross-loading method called discriminant validity. After validity, continued obtain model fit final 0.568 means good model. NFI released 56.8%. It declared enough be implemented within SEZs.
